Fruta Planta Dosage

Hello, I started taking Fruta planta today but I really don't feel any difference, I still want to eat. Should I up my dose to two or does it take a couple of days for the effect to start?

Anything you take, from prescription medications to over the counter supplements, will usually take awhile to reach its full effect in the body and trying to increase your dosage to make it work faster could be very dangerous.

Fruta Planta is something to be especially concerned about, because it was found to contain the undeclared drug ingredient Sibutramine, which was removed from the market in most countries in 2010, due to the risk it caused of cardiac dangers.
