What do you mean by its strong? I just ordered some, and waiting for it to arrive. I was taking botanical slimming soft gels and lost almost 15 lbs in like 4 months. Still need to lose 40 more, but faster. I order through slimpowerpill.com and I saw the fruta bio, so I ordered that too to try it

celi - I just think it's to strong for me. We're two different people. Try it out for 2 days and then you can tell if it suits you the right way or if you want to lower the dose.

just got my fruta bio today will start taking them tomorrow ordered them off of slimpowerpill last week have not seen any cloned billing also the packaging is authentic to what i have seen will let you know if works

I used to take Fruta Planta and lost 20 pounds on them. (my goal weight). At first they made me edgy but my body soon adjusted. I have been taking Fruta Bio now for a week. They do not make me edgy or nervous. They do not supress my appetite like the Fruta Planta did.

im from aus i want to take fruta bio never used a slimming pill before well i do workout but i need to loose abut 10lbs in 1 or 2 months since im going back to my country for good i don't wanna continue take these tablets when i get back. what would you suggest me to do? i want to take them including my regular workouts but im scared if i stop them i will put on weight instantly and i may weigh more than i use to... PLEASE HELP!

i used the fruta planta for a month and i loosed 13 pounds and no side effect and now i have the fruta bio and i dont have any side effect and loose 20 pnd already ..... do not listen everything what u heard some people just jelous because not loosing weight like u.... that all

Never took the original lost 9 lbs first two weeks. Notice dry mouth and indigestion.skipped laborday wknd, went away.just started again indigestion back. Maybe im not drinking enough fluids. No palps. Have 40 lbs more to loose.

Cc - It takes a while for the dry mouth to go away. I never experienced it because I drink like 8 bottles of water a day. The more water the better. Your body will get use to it in time. I started in August and since I only take half the dosage, I lost 25 pounds. If you taking the full dosage, you'll probably lose more, but make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids. Good luck!

Today is my 7 day taking Fruta Bio, i have lost 3 pounds this week, i have feel nauseas, stomach ache, and sometimes dizzy, i want to vomit sometimes in the morning. I do Yoga 3 times a week, and today i sweat like i have never sweat before, it seemed like i just jumped in the pool! i had to stop exercising many times, bcuz i felt dizzy, anyone who can help me, i will appreciate, thanks

aarce08 - all those side effects are cause because your probably taking the whole dose. Dry taking off the green top slowly and throw some of the brown sugar out. Two much exercise with this pill can cause dizziness and much more. Remember drink water and relax. The pill works pretty much on it's own!

Today I started using the fruta bio...and already I have symptoms of dry mouth. Not really liking that so i'm gonna give a try for a few days and see what happen will keep u guys posted

Back on track with daily fruta bio found solution to indigestion take aciddophillus with daily dose. No more indigestion:-)

The fruta bio package directions states if u have dry mouth you are not drinking enough fluids. Increase hydration and dry mouth should subside. Suggest ounces in fluids shoud be equal to or greater then half the numeric value of your body wt. Good
luckB-) . Example wt 200 lbs drink at least
100 ounces or more in fluids, daily.
