Ifa-fonal I think is a generic name for diazepam from mexico. They make 2mg white 4 quaternary split bars in un-marked alprazolam and also 10mg diazepam.

Looks like the makers name is Ifa Celtics. It’s on both the xanax bars box and dizaepam box.
