MP the p looks like its part of the M. It's scored in middle to split in half on the same side on the other half of pill it,says 44 its is white and oblong. Nothing on other side

It's possible that this tablet is no longer made, I can't find this marking in any of the databases.
The closest I can find, in this shape and color is MP 424, which contains Guaifenesin and Pseudoephedrine and
MP 46, which contains Metronidazole.
