Found Half Of A White Round Pill With K Imprint Scored Into Quarters

Can you please help me? I found a half of a pill that was scored quarterly and the only imprint left is a K. Any information is appreciated!

I'm sorry, but with just a partial imprint, it is going to be difficult to narrow down exactly what this tablet contains.

There are several products available, both over the counter and by prescription that use a K for the imprint, or as part of the imprint.

Does anyone else have any ideas?
