Well, how worried you should be is rather subjective, for instance how far do you belong in their business? Are they putting you, or others in danger, or just themselves? These are prescription drugs, so have they been prescribed for the person, or have they been obtained illicitly?
The tablet with the 4810 V on it contains 5mgs of Oxycodone, which is a narcotic analgesic.
The tablet with the WATSON 349 on it contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Hydrocodone, it's a generic for Vicodin and is another narcotic analgesic.*

Both of them have the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
