ASPIRIN is on the top, with 325 below it. The numbers 57344 are on the top on the other side. I am assuming it is just aspirin, but I wanted to make sure. It is white, round, and not completely flat. It looks a tad bit coated... like, not as crumbly as some aspirins I have seen. It's relatively smooth. Any ideas??

This company tends to use the 57344 on all of their over the counter products, then something else, in this case the Aspirin 325 to denote what it contains, so you are correct, they are a regular dose Aspirin tablet.
Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.
