Sorry, this site does not have any doctor or nurses here, what are you referring to as INR?
It shouldn't as it is a Parathyroid hormone replacement. If you need more information the National Institute of Health is the first place to start.

If you are considering taking Forteo, please go to web page Patientville.com and type in the drug's name. There is a year's worth of adverse avents posted here that you won't find any where else and might give you pause for taking this as treatment.
