For Whom Does This Really Work
UpdatedMy allergies where terrible today. Really just a seasonal flare up. I took 2 tablets in hopes to be rid of my flare up or to at least have some relief. 3 hours later....my nose is RAW, I can barely open my eyes because of all the watering. My lips are chapped because of all the breathing through my mouth.

Claritin contains the active ingredient Loratadine, which is an antihistamine, but just like any other drug, it doesn't work for everyone that takes it, which is why there are others on the market.

Just as an example, I have tried it, but only found it to help with respiratory symptoms. However, I also get hives sometimes and found Allegra/Fexofenadine to help with both.
