How long have you been on it?
If you're blood pressure has been at normal levels on this dose, it's possible that the dose is now too high and you may need to take a lower one.
Usually, higher doses are used at first, to bring someone's blood pressure down as fast as possible, then the doctor should be monitoring them regularly and they should be checking it themselves, so the dosage can be adjusted as needed.

When I first go out of the hospital, I was on quite a few different medications and was taking 33 pills a day, but that was over 2 years ago, so I am not down to 2 pills a day and we just monitor it regularly to see if we need to add more or lower one.
Have you talked to your doctor about this? Do you check your own blood pressure at home?
