Food/supplements And Telmisartan

I am under treatment of hypertension and abnormality of Left Ventrical (LV has thickened) and also for prostrat enlargement. My age is 56 years. Medicines prescribed:- Telmisartan, Hydrochlorothiazide, Amlodipine, Atorvastain Calcium, Tamsulosin Hydrochloride. Please advise me what food/supplements should be taken and what should be avoided.
