Food Poisoning

I ate some popcorn in the cinema last night and was sick 5 hours later. I ache all over now and feel tired. My son had the other half i took home and he feels slightly sick but is ok to go to school.

Activated charcoal tablets will absorb chemicals and poison out of your system. They're sold at pharmacies and Walmart.
