Folitrax 7.5mg Side Effects (Page 3)

My 34-year-old wife is suffering from psoriasis from the last 7 years. Now she has pain in 3 joints from the last 2 years. Her doctor recommended folitrax 7.5mg - 2 tablets in a week. Kindly tell me about side effects of this medicine.

I had a high fever with severe joint pain and swelling. The RA factor shows negative and my Vitamin D3 is low. My first doctor put me on Folitrax, initially at a lower dose, but as the pain did not decrease he then put me on a Folitrax 20mg shot. What are the side effects of that inj.? How long should I continue treatment? How did the doctors come to know I have rheumatoid arthritis? Please explain.
