If u wanted to take fefol, they suggest that u should not take it with milk - what is the reason? I wanted to know this personally. ## Felol is an iron and folic acid supplement. The reason it should not be taken with milk is because the calcium can lessen the amount of the active ingredents that you absorb. So, you may not get the full therapeutic dose required. I am age 67, female, have never used any chronic med, active and healthy. When stressed I suffer from body pains. I am AB positive blood group. I use supplements daily, vit B complex, folic acid, vit C, Calcium, magnesium and grapeseed extract. I seldom use alcohol and have never smoked. I have always been prone to heartburn especially when I eat anything containing flour. What is the safest way of dealing with muscle pain or sometimes leg pain or back pain? My name is Blessing. I am almost 48yrs old. I have only one child. I desire to have another one at least a boy God willingly to make my husband happy. Also, I believe Blong F is not from the US, but from India. I was unable to gather any side effects due to the limited amount of information.
