Folic Acid is vital to your overall health, according to the NIH, it is also very important to a woman's ability to become pregnant, and carry a baby to full term and prevent birth defects. They do warn that it may cause nausea, and dizziness, in some people that take it due to its potency.

Zhen, heart issues are not normal side effects, but could occur if someone is allergic to it.
