Folgard Vs Folbic
UpdatedI've been taking folgard for 3 years. I just realized that the pharmacist gave me folbic. I know they're both folic acid plus other vitamins. Are they exactly the same?

They are listed as being interchangeable.
The FDA warns that they may cause nausea, and diarrhea in some people, due to their potency.
Are there any questions I can help with?
