Fluphenazine Decanoate/ Overdose

Has fluphenazine decanoate been known to cause severe depression or depressive psychosis as to make one take an accidental overdose?

Fluphenazine is an antipsychotic and the intention of it is to help treat and prevent such things.

That said, some medications do have the opposite effect on some people, however, this site is not medical professionals and cannot say with any certainty.

An additional factor that has to be taken under consideration is that the person being treated with obviously already has a mental health condition, so that could very well be the cause of such problems and not the medication at all.

Hey there, i have been taken fluphenazine for a very long time. with me it is my miracle medication. it works wonderful for me, but its not like that to everyone. you have to find the persons right medication. everone has a certain medication that works for thierselves. if the maficine makes you fell suicidle than that means that the medicine might not be for the medicine for that person. you arent suppose to fell bad. and dont live life feeling suicidle. depression will also make you feel suicidle and worthless and like you wont ever get anywhere, depression could be a problem. i been there. everything i look at made me feel worthless. they put me on paxil with the fluphenazine and i am doing great. i love to share this with you so much. i hope i helped you. not being able to reach your goals in life is depressing and i just told my self take it slow live in the present and not the past or the future. i can go on if you like. it would be my most great pleasure.
