Flupen 250 Treatment Uses?

Flupen what it is used to treat? I feel a severe pain on the upper right chest it started from the armpit. I have painful blisters on my right hand on my palm and fingers. They look whitish and have water inside. The ones I have on my hand feel like I was burnt and are in groups. I went to clinic they gave me Flupan 250. Is it the correct treatment?
