Fluoxetine Or Placebos?

I have been given Fluoxetine capsules and I'm wondering if they are placebos? I opened one up and to me looks white powdery and kinda fluffy is this Fluoxetine?

Do you have a picture? Or can you describe the capsule? I have Fluoxetine capsules in 20mg and 40mg. I do not take them as they did not work for my body but I can tell you if you have legitimate capsules.
