Fluoxetine Capsules Ip Depoxit

I've been taking this medicine but I don't know if it's working or not. It feels like it is at times but then other times it doesn't. I wasn't given this medicine by a doctor though, But Family members say I should continue on the medicine because they said they see results in it. I've been having anger issues and depression issues that's why they put me on the medicine. What should I do?

You should really see a doctor.

It isn't proper for your family to try to treat you and prescribe the medication that they think is appropriate. Only a doctor can properly diagnose your problem and help you decide on the correct course of treatment.

Fluoxetine is an SSRI antidepressant and there are reasons it is normally only available by prescription. It may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, weight changes and headache.
