Hi there,

Im on vacations now in Spain. Unfortunately I got ill, the regular cold I think (runny nose, caugh, and headache) Today at the pharmacy I was given Flumil Forte 600 Mg. Im wondering if its gonna help cause my spanish is not that good to understand the leaflet.

can i take flumil forte 600mg if i have asthma, i cannot shift the mucus thats laying on my chest i have just had a chest x ray and all was clear.

I am just back from tenerife yesterday
had to go to hospital with cronic chest infection doctor prescribed antibiotic plus FLUMIL
IT IS TO GET THE MUCOUS OUT OF THE BODY I FIND IT HAS WORKED VERY WELL. IHOPE TO BE ABLE TO GET IT FROM MY LOCAL DOC IF I NEED IT AGAIN HERE IN SCOTLAND hope this answers your ?

Only once a day, so once in the morning or once at night. It's a decongestant but it doesn't contain paracetomol so you should take that too to relieve any horrible cold symptoms!

From what I can find, this contains the active ingredient Acetylcysteine, which is a mucolytic, so it's used to help break up the mucous and congestion associated with cold symptoms.
