Flucloxacillin - Mexican Translation Or Alternative

I am in Merida Mexico, I do not speak Spanish. I have developed a boil. In Canada I have been prescribed Flucloxacillin and Cephalexin at differing times in the past. What would that be called in Spanish? Is it available?

just in case anyone else finds themselves in this odd and most unlikely position.
I went to a Dr. who was trained in the U.S. he told me that Mexico does not have antibiotics of that type or strength. He prescribed POSIPEN which is Dicloxacilina.. a form of penicillin. One every 10 hours for 7 days.
