Flu Like Side Effects From Lisinopril? (Top voted first)

My dad just started taking lisinopril wednesday and is complaining of flu like symptoms that satrted that same day. Was wondering if anyone else was having the thing going on.

Yes,for the last month&half,since I started taking it 20mg--I have had a severe case of sinus problems and very severe nasal drip in my throat,where I continuoisly cough- have been on antibitics and prednisone for almost 2 months,not getting anybetter, dr. keeps changing my antibitics-trying new - no help.

I take it too always had sinus prob.too., wondering if anyone on prednosone has the problems i have with my husb taking it.? He gets an appetite beyond control and gained alot of weight .takes it alot for his copd and asthma. but he gets nasty as heck on it......

Yea, My dad just started takin Lisinopril and started vomiting. He Ain't been able to eat. Is anyone else having this problem.

I have been taken Lisinopril in 20 MG doses for four months now to control high blood pressure. I must say that the drug has been outstanding at doing just that. However, some side effects that I have experienced have been a very low resistance to colds, cold hands and feet. And also an almost uncontrollable hungar for food particularly when Ifirst awake from a short nap.

My doctor told me when I started on Lisinopril that if I developed a cough I would have to switch to a different medication. She said that it is a possible side effect of the drug and that the only way to get rid of the cough and congestion is to stop taking it. Hope this helps

my husb.takes prednosone whenever he feels like it to breath better has nasal polyps, copd, and asthma... takes lisinopril too....he stockpiles it and takes sometimes 2 or 4 and it helps him breath, but is now 300lbs and very nasty......anyone else know anyone on this predn.?

I too have been having post Naselroad drip dizzy off and on. All over body aches.When I cough it’s lasts probably 3-5 minutes I too was started on lisinapril
I just kept wounded why I have had these signs
