Flomax contains the active ingredient Tamsulosin.

It does contain a sulfa compound, which means it should not be used by those who are sensitive or with an allergy to sulfa medications..

Other side effects may include: nausea, sexual issues, headache and nasal congestion.

The point is to maintain a constant flow of the medication in your body, changing the time you take the medication could disrupt the success of your treatment.

After 5 days on Tamsulosin (FLomax), I have a better urine output, and I didn't get up last night at all for the first time in a long time. From the first pill I have been getting night erections. I also noticed a lot less ejaculate the last couple of days. It seems like my penis has less feeling too. Are these normal, and will it get better or worse?
