My right thigh is having numbness with slight swelling. also my right knee is paining.
How and when can I use these tablets? i.e. Lornoxicam 8mg + paraacetamol?

Flexilor contains 4mgs of Lornoxicam and 500mgs of Paracetamol, it is used to treat pain, fever and swelling.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.

subramanian, I did some research on that for you, the dosing on these tablets for pain is one tablet, every 8 hours, as needed, but not exceeding 3 tablets daily.

.I have got severe pains on both feet .
both legs from start to my fingers are giving pain since two years and I have taken many tablets and up tto noe no results have been obtained. If I put my both legs upstairs in 90° I can feel better and that's only comfort I got. So please can you help me
