Fleshy-looking Bowel Movement

Hello. I'm a 26-year-old female, and I've had gastric sleeve surgery 1 year ago, and I've also had my gallbladder removed 2 years ago. I usually don't have a BM as often as I should; usually every 5-6 days. I have stopped taking my iron pills to see if that was the cause. So far there has been no improvement.

I've been feeling very bloated in my lower abdomen, as if I need to have a bowel movement. I feel it especially when I lay on my stomach. It definitely feels like there is stool sitting in my lower intestines. I went to the bathroom and could not have a bowel movement. I got an enema bulb to see if I could free up some space to relieve the pressure. When I evacuated the water, no stool came out. Instead, stringy, brownish-yellow stuff came out. It had a fleshy, muscousy texture to it. It kept coming out, and it had a fishy odor to it. Revently, my doctor found 2 benign cysts on my liver via ultrasound. I don't know if these would be related to the contents that came from my bowels. I'll be honest, I'm nervous this might be a parasite.
