First Time User With Bad Side Effects

hey so I am 17 year old and i had my first time using vyvance today. My friend gave me about 3\4 of a 50 mg pill and i took it at 8:30 pm in school. For the first 4 hours i was extremly motivated to do work and happy.I knew exactly what was going on in my class and felt incredibly social. Even though i was feeling good i felt a little weird and had little energy rushes every once in a while. By 2 pm , i was starting to feel nervous and could really feel my heart beating fast. At the time, i was taking a test and had to ask my teacher to go to the nurses because i thought i was going to pass out and something was not normal. At the nurses my blood pressure dramatically increased and i got this weird feeling of numbness and little light pins on my arms and legs. Also, i felt like i was saying a lot of nonsense that i usually wouldn't say. I tried this today because i am taking my SAT this saturday and hoped i could do better on the pill. Would it be dangerous to take another pill with a lower dose? like 20mg? Thank you so much for reading!!

IT is never safe to take a medication that hasn't been prescribed for you.

It is not going to help you remember more to do better on your test, that isn't what they do.

And yes, all these stimulant medications can cause dramatic elevations in your blood pressure and heart rate and, since you've already shown a propensity to that, you really need to stay away from them completely, it isn't even safe for you to try a lower dosage.

Have you consulted your doctor? Did you tell the nurse what you took?
