Hi everyone, my doctor put me on methadone after trying many of other pain medications. So far, nothing else has helped. I was in a car accident and have many disc problems in my neck and back. The doctor also put me on oxycodone for break through pain. I'm hoping these medications help. Can anyone give me their advice on how well these medications have worked for them? ( from those whom are on them)

Yes I can answer as I have disc degeneration (multi-layer ), (cervical and lumbar) with chronic Fibromyalgia Been in pain management 3 years on same meds.
GAVE ME A NEW LEASE AND BETTER QUALITY LIFE. Aware that any long term use of ANY medicine is not healthy. But I prefer mobility and low pain to no pain. Without the meds I was in bed all the time, chronic pain, so bad and so long, that I tried to take my life.
