Fiorinal And Drug Testing For A Job

I am on FIORINAL,, 4 times a day, or severe muscular contraction headaches which can escalate into a migraine if it is not treated. I have been on them since I was 16 years old and now I am 36.. Sometimes I wake up in the night with a very severe one and end up having to use a fourth one to get some relief, tho' I am still not able to get back to sleep. This really wears on me as I can loose as much as 4 hours sleep, then go to work. I am having to look for another job due to severely cut hours and I need to know if I present a physician's note and talk to a supervisor at the company, will take that into account? Will they inform my potential employer and would they hold that against me? As I said, I have been on it since I was 16 (tho' I try not to take it at work) and you cannot tell that I am even taking it. I am totally lucid and actually preform better as I am not about to cry with something that has turned into a migraine and I causing me to throw up. I will be interviewing soon and I am pretty sure the drug test will be very soon after that, so I am disparate to know if notifying the lab will help me out. Has anyone had experience with this or are you familiar with this? thanks

Lifesaver, so many migraines a week. I've had migraines since I was 3 and this medication has saved my life. I'm forever grateful.
