I finished taking the medicine as prescribed on Sunday mar 13th. Now this morning I'm having some side effects. I have cramping in my abdomen, and diarrhea that looks like coffee grounds. The doctor want to see me tomorrow. Why am I having the side effect after taking the medicine? And now I'm in more pain than before taking the medicine. What's going on?

Diarrhea that looks like coffee grounds could be due to internal bleeding, such as a bleeding ulcer, as reported by the NIH, which this medication has been known to cause. That's not a typical side effect and not something that's likely to go away, once you stop taking it. You will most likely need to be evaluated by your doctor and then take something to help it heal, such as an antacid.
The abdominal pain and cramping can be typical side effects, as reported by the FDA.
