Looking for a good pain Doctor that will prescribe Oxycodone. Its so hard working two jobs with no insurance, and trying to go to school as well to get my degree. I work for a moving company and install computers all day long. Always in pain Looking for A GOOD PAIN DOCTOR!!! WHO WILL PRESCRIBE OXYCODONE!! PLEASE HELP Preferably in the Northern Virginia AREA!!!

In Reston, VA. Can drive as far as Maryland for meds. Need a good pain doctor, for chronic joint pain. New to the area. Please let me know.

Virginia Spine Institute has an excellent pain management doctor and program. They will not prescribe oxycontin but depending on your pain needs will give you what you need and adjust it as you go. They offer alternatives to narcotics as well. Im not sure if you can see them without seeing their spine drs first for they did both my surgeries. They do not take many, if any at all insurance. The office visits for pain are reasonably priced. They will do a urine from time to time.

I have a convex spine that protrudes and causes pain an cluster headaches. I used to see a Dr in Alexandria
But I believe he moved. If youldnt mind sharing a GP who handles ongoing pain for which there is no remedy and only happens in bouts twice a year- I would greatly appreciate that dr you know of. Unfortunately my stays are with the prior dr who I believe isbin jail now :) any references would be GREATLY appealing. Thank!

Hello I am in need on a new pain doctor,, I got ran over by four horses and really messed my back up really bad. I was in the hospital for over five weeks and than got msra... I am in md please help.

Well we all know dr wade got shut down- I had heard of a counterpart named dr. Brown but sounds like he's out too. Then there's this Pathak guy you all speak of who apparently also got shut down (sounds similar to dr wade) I don't know who the "next" guy is but I know there is at least one out there. There always is. It's just word of mouth and then eventually he or she will get shut down too.. But it's a shame. It's a pharmaceutical scam to put ppl on maintenance drugs like methadone and suboxone - which are f*cking near impossible to quit. The w/d from suboxone is supposed to be mild but I feel like I'm coming off pills and it's gonna last weeks. Whatever you do don't get trapped into one of these. I know managing pain and the w/d is horrible. But these alternatives will have you happy in the moment- till you've realized you've stepped into a money making trap. Best of luck to all. If anyone does know of the next big guy they certainly aren't sharing it here - sad!!

I need help finding a doctor in Northern VA. I have degenerative disc disease (every disc in my spine is herniated). I live in KY (where there is NO HELP), but am moving to the D.C. area in a week. Please help!

My insurance is out of WV and am looking for anyone in the state who will prescribe me pain medicine. I have been an established pain management patient since I began High School. My doctor retired giving me no warning that my dosage would change and that I would need to find another practice (I was in a group practice). I have severe headaches and was put on opiates at the last resort since nothing else worked for them. We tried everything over the years. I also have an absorption problem that makes me have to take more. 80 mg Oxycodone a day and 80 Deladuid a day. It worked to put the fire out and keep the headache from taking over my entire head, face, and jaw. I wish they were migraines as they'd be easier to treat. Sometimes they are like cluster headaches, but I'm told they're not. I've gone across 3 states, 4 specialists, 3 specifically for headaches, this includes the famous Amen Clinic. But, my headaches are basically undiagnosed chronic, non-cyclical, cluster headaches. They are extremely painful and debilitating. My heart rate and blood pressure rise due to the extreme pain. I am basically disabled and have little quality of life. Please, I am only 25 years old. I want a chance to live a partially normal life and begin my photography career again. Any helpful suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I moved from CO and haven't been able to find a dr who prescribes pain medication such as oxycodone or roxicodone and that's what I was prescribed in CO for my degenerative disc disease...I'm in so much pain all the time now. If you know of any dr in northern VA please let me know, I have done all kinds of injections and therapy but just don't work for me.
