Yes, where is this place on derenne that will fill dr. byne's prescriptions? I'm having a hard enough time finding a pain management dr. and because of no one filling my scripts from him, I have done without for a year now and i'm just getting worse. I'm going to start going back to bynes next month, so could someone tell me the name of this place? Thank you!!

I swear I don't understand how a legitimate prescription for oxycodone can be turned away by a pharmacy. My son who sees a doc in Ga has a prescription for oxy30s, he lives in Tn. His regular pharm has been filling them no problems until this script. Without even so much as looking up his profile (they charge his insurance each month) the pharm told him that the "ingredients are no longer available to make that medicine". What a line of crap. I heard him and asked what he was talking about as I have two brothers that are PharmDs and they both told me that was silly. He said "Lady-if you dont like it take it up with McKesson-they're the ones that make the drug." Now I don't know about you, but before I would tell a whopper like that I would just tell the truth. My son is having withdrawal symptoms now, wrecked his car this morning (he works nights and was on his way home from work), and he is very sick. Can anyone recommend a pharmacy to fill? We will pay cash or use his BCBS of TN insurance.

My advice would be to make sure you aren't just calling the pharmacies to ask. If it's just a voice on the phone, they have no way of knowing whether or not you are a legitimate customer in need or a potential thief. Thus, most will just say that they don't stock any controlled substances.
To get accurate information, you need to physically go to the pharmacy, with your prescription in hand.
