Fibromyalgia, Regulating Body Temperature

I am so hot on the inside that I'm burning up and sweating, but at the exact same time, I'm freezing to death. I'm so uncomfortable. Please advise.

Are you on any medications?

Fibro can cause a lot of odd symptoms, which is why it's often so hard to diagnose, as reported by the NIH.

However, these symptoms can also be caused by many medications, perimenopause, or menopause. How old are you?
