Updated50 mg in the a.m. and 50 mg. in the p.m. (along with 30 mg cymbalta once a day) and - for the first time in 50 yrs. have a serious decline in my chronic pain. It's been two months. Let's hope it lasts and we do finally have some significant control. Remember FM'ers, get sun/daylight.

I am very glad to hear you are finally experiencing some pain relief.
Savella contains the active ingredient Milnaciprin, it is an SNRI antidepressant that is successful at treating some nerve pain.
Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and dry mouth.
There are several posts on here from people that have been very pleased with the results they have gotten from this medication.
