Hi mudah,

Based on my research, there are drug interactions between alcohol and Metronidazole. The interaction states that you should not drink alcohol while you are taking this medication and for at least 3 days after you stop taking it. If you do, you may end up having unpleasant side effects such as fast heartbeats, warmth or redness under your skin, tingly feeling, nausea, and vomiting.

I haven't come across any specific details on how the other two medications respond to alcohol, but I would strongly recommend asking your doctor about it first, for your own safety.
