Do I need a prescription to get Fentanyl? I have a bad back with no Medicaid. I need to know if u can purchase it at CVS?

Fentanyl is a very potent opiate narcotic, so it is only available via prescription. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and constipation.
