My research states that there are potentially unsafe interactions between Fentanyl, Lyrica, & Percocet. Quoted below are the precautions you should be aware of:

Applies to: Fentanyl Transdermal System (fentanyl), Lyrica (pregabalin)

"Using fentanyl together with pregabalin may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating. Some people may also experience some impairment in thinking and judgment. You should avoid or limit the use of alcohol while being treated with these medications. Avoid driving or operating hazardous machinery until you know how the medications affect you. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor."

Applies to: Percocet (acetaminophen/oxycodone), Lyrica (pregabalin)

"Using oxycodone together with pregabalin may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating. Some people may also experience some impairment in thinking and judgment. You should avoid or limit the use of alcohol while being treated with these medications. Fentanyl can be a very addicting/dangerous drug in and of itself if not used properly, so I would highly recommend monitoring his use of it in conjunction with those other medications. If he really overdosed on percocets, I think it would be wise to contact poison control or supplement with activated charcoal just to play it safe.

I hope this info helps!
