Can anyone please tell me if the Fentanyl Patches show up in a Drug Screen as an opiate? Please Help me.

No they do not on a standard urine test, they are a different synthetic and are delivered in small micrograms. The only way for them to detect it is to send it to a lab that has a Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) which will then pick up the fentanyl (Duragesic) I hope this helps!!!

Yes, they most certainly will. They are a VERY, VERY strong opiate narcotic, so any screening done for opiates WILL come up positive if you are using these.
