Based on my research there are no drug interactions found between Adderall and Fentanyl. This does not necessarily mean no interactions exist, but my sources state that every effort has been made to ensure that the information provided is accurate.

Having said that - in my opinion, it would be ok to take these two medications together. However, as far as proper dosing goes, I would simply suggest following the dosage guidelines on the Adderall packaging.

If in fact you do end up experiencing undesirable side effects, it would probably be in your best interest to stop taking it and try another medication or holistic approach to your condition.
