Femiane Birth Control Pill

Hi, I threw away my last leaflet of my Femaine and I now have taken it 4 hours late yesterday. I can't remember if prior to 12 hours if all is okay or not. Can anyone help?

Yes, this is just a regular combined hormonal contraceptive, so taking it within 12 hours is fine. :-)

What I do for the medications that I have to take regularly is set up a reminder on my phone, to make sure I never forget a dose.

Have you tried doing that? It could make it easier to remember.
