Fell And Now I'm Dizzy

Last night I tripped over a leather footstool and took a good fall. I'm on 20 mg of Xeralto for DVT & PE. This afternoon I started getting dizzy. Not terribly, but still a little worrisome. What should I do?

It would be best to have it checked out buy your doctor, or someone at the ER/Urgent Care. There is a risk that you have suffered a concussion, or are experience bleeding, which could be risky, according FDA reports.
