I just started Tyvaso. I'm on my fourth day at 3 puffs 4X. My SOB has gotten worse and my o2 stats have dropped 10 points at rest. I now need o2 most of the day where I only used it while sleeping. Anyone just starting out and feel the same?

Hello, Johnny! How are you doing? I'm sorry about the problems you're having.
You should consult your doctor, the medication instructions do say that you should do so, if anything worsens, after you start using it.
Its typical side effects are listed by the FDA as possibly including nausea, dry throat, dizziness, blood thinning, headache, throat pain, and edema.
Are you on any other medications?
