Feeling Weird On Lexapro

I am a 39 year old female, just started taking Lexapro 10 mg this morning. I am feeling completely strange, my head has a dull pain almost numbness to it, my hand and arms are tingling, I have had to urinate all day long it's ridiculous. I feel as though my skin is crawling. I am having a severe panic attack. The thoughts going through my mind are crazy, I can't stop the wheels from turning. I was prescribed Lexapro for GAD, and I know that it normally takes up to two weeks for the medicine to start working, but I seriously can not function today. Has anyone else experienced this with taking Lexapro? I plan to call my doctor in the morning. Hopefully I can sleep tonight, but right now I'm wired!

What did your doctor say when you called?

Those seem to be some very problematic side effects to have to deal with for just starting a medication.
