Feeling Weird

I just started (5 days ago) 50 mg Vyvanse. Take it in the a.m. Worked great the first 2 days (maybe a little mind over matter) and now I feel unfocused and lethargic (in a fog) like I took Nyquil the night before. Is this common for some people when you first start this drug?

Yes, others have reported similar experiences when they first started a medication like this.

Have you consulted your doctor? You should also check in with them just to make sure that there is nothing else odd going on.
