Feeling Sick After Taking 6 Day Does Pack Of Methylprednisol

I just finished the 6 day does pack yesterday, and I am feeling ill today, weak, some nausea, racing/pounding heart if I try to get up and do anything other than lie in bed. I was prescribed Methylprednisolone for a persistent upper respiratory infections that was unresponsive to a 10 day round of amoxicillan. Should I be feeling this poorly?

Those can be normal side effects of this medication, as reported by the FDA and they may persist for a week, or so, then they should go away.

Are you on any other medications?
