what side effects does this have? will i get an upset stomach,diarreah?

This is an iron supplement, it is used to prevent, or treat anemia, it is also sometimes given to pregnant women to make sure they get enough iron for both themselves and the baby.

It may cause some nausea, when you take it, however, rather than diarrhea, iron usually causes constipation. If you have a problem with that, you might need to talk to your doctor about using a stool softener to help.
