False Test For Methamphetamine

I went and had a urinalysis done, it came back positive for Methamphetamine. I took a dollar store pain reliever, sinus meds, and Seroquel. Could this cause a bad urine test?

I had a positive result for amphetamine, amphetamines and methamphetamine. I do not do drugs !!! I am a nurse and lost my job. My daily medications are: 200 mcg synthroid in the morning, seroquel 100 mg at hs, Xanax 1 mg 3 times a day but only take 2 mg with seroquel at bedtime for sleep and occasionally 1 prn, 20 mg Lasik prn, 20 meq potassium prn, vitamin b-12 1 time a day, Sudafed prn, albuterol 2 puffs daily prn and had just had a work evaluation that I got excellent on all levels. Someone please explain to me why a company would do this !!!!
