False Positive For Methamphetamine Drug Test (Top voted first)

I took a generic medication called mucus relief PE sinus conjestion. 2 days after taking it i failed a drug test for meth. The active ingredients are Guaifenesin 400mg & Phenylephrine HCI 10 mg can these cause false positives, because i certainly have not used any meth.

I'm a 66 year old grandma, and I was using a Vicks nasal inhaler, and tested positive for Meth.

I have my class A cdl license, i applied for a company, and received a phone call stating I failed my drug test. I asked what from, they said methamphetamine. Here's the thing, I've never used methamphetamine or any type of major or hard drug. I mean really, I just recently got over a cold, and was taking allergy medicine.
