No not in blood, however in Urine...depending on the accuracy of their screening method, it is possible. That is why ALL tests muct be CONFIRMED by a more expensive and completely accurate method, i.e., GC/MS or LC/MS/MS. The instant cups, drug screen cards, and dip stick tests are NOT accurate all the time. Many things can cause FALSE positive results. CONFIRMATION MUST be done. That is the only LEGAL and ABSOLUTELY GOLD STANDARD.
