I was not doing cocaine, but I went to my doctor and was told I have it in my urine. So I went to the hospital and had it checked that day, came back showing no cocaine in my urine. So I went back to my pain doctor to show him a print out of the urine test and then was told it was not that day, it was on 7/7/16. So how can I clear this mess up?

Today my med doctor said my urine came back positive for cocaine. I told him I was on amoxicillin besides the percocet he was giving me. He refused me the right to see the bottle. He said they sent it to the lab. I asked for chain of custody. His office manager said she doesnt know what that is. I called life labs where they sent the urine sample and they even said that some antibiotics can cause a false positive. That dr (dr liu) in newmarket is now refusing me as a patient. I have bone cancer and my hip replacement did not work and I'm getting ready for another surgery to fix this one I just had in april. I dont know what to do besides put in a complaint to the college of physicians and surgeons and start a civil suit. If they want to use urine samples as legal reasons to not take on a patient they should use chain of custody but they dont even know how to do that.
